二零一二台湾大选首场公办政见会结束，国民党候选人马英九和民进党候选人蔡英文会后再度针对九二共识争论不休，隔空交火；另外，根据廿四号出炉的平面媒体民调显示，国民党的马吴配目前仍领先民进党的英嘉配八个百分点。

公办政见会场上，国民党大选候选人马英九和民进党大选候选人蔡英文才针对九二共识议题，炮火猛烈，政见会后记者会，两人又持续攻防。

蔡英文：“九二共识不等于‘一中各表’，如果是，那就叫‘一中各表’就好了，马英九过去三年没讲，选举才在讲。”

马英九：“我说的每一句话都是有宪法根据的，不是乱讲的，也不是从天上下来的，更不是与大陆唱和。”

蔡英文重申，马英九和大陆方面对于九二共识的解释有分歧；马英九则引用大陆过去对于九二共识的说法，强调两岸对九二共识内涵理解并无不同。

蔡英文：“中国九二共识是‘一个中国’，双方都是‘一个中国’。”

马英九：“胡锦涛说，九二共识恢复协商，两岸定义不同，表示我跟胡主席认知没有差别。”

至于亲民党大选候选人宋楚瑜除了表示九二共识是默契，不是文件，也认为，台湾维持宪法的法理现状，是对大家最好保障。

距离大选投票日剩下三个星期，弃保效应逐渐发酵，宋楚瑜被边缘化明显；最新平面媒体民调显示，双英差距约八个百分点，但蓝绿选情依旧缠斗。分析认为，即使国民党稍微领先，但随时可能因突发事件翻盘，不可不慎。
