Google+无法访问，可以修改C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts 文件，在host文件末尾增加如下记录
203.208.46.29 plus.google.com
203.208.46.29 talkgadget.google.com
203.208.46.29 picasaweb.google.com
203.208.46.29 lh1.ggpht.com
203.208.46.29 lh2.ggpht.com
203.208.46.29 lh3.ggpht.com

很多地方plus都已经墙了，挂VPN什么的上起来很慢，如果不是对安全性有极高的要求的话其实改hosts上起来还是比较快的。
首先ping Google.cn ，把得到的ip记录下来，然后把plus相关的域名都指向这个ip。
windows下是修改这个文件
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
添加以下内容

203.208.46.148 lh2.googleusercontent.com

ip地址有可能变，变了后重新ping 一下Google.cn更换ip就好了。
