中国象棋20.08mb:酒店消防相关规定（中英双语)

根据《消防法》规定与集团的要求，提高各部门对消防安全工作的高度重视，防止火灾事故的发生，制定此《消防安全责任书》。

“Fire safety Announcement” has drawn up in order to obey the “Fire Law”regulations and SLIM’s requirement and improve each department’ high attention to the fire safety and eliminate the fire incident and the potential loss of lives and property of the hotel,hotel guests and hotel staffs.  

一、           各部门要严格遵守、执行《消防法》规定，落实安全防火工作；

Each department should initiatively abide by the “Fire Law”,execute the fire protection work.

二、           各部门的负责人对酒店的消防安全工作负有主要责任，要制定各自部门有关消防安全措施，确保安全；

三，必须应有专人监测各部门区域的消费安全，做到无人时关水、关空调、关电、关煤气、关窗锁门；

四、各部门的负责人要确保各种用电设备必须保持正常运转，严禁设备超负荷运行，严禁设备带病作业；

五、未经工程部允许，不得使用大功率电器，不准私拉电力线路，以防火灾；

六、临时有用火要求的，必须批准，在有一定防范措施下，方可使用，酒店各种活动严格执行动火证制度。

七、酒店严禁安、放各种烟花爆竹（包括各种冷焰火），使用易燃易爆及其它危险品时，必须提前向保安部申请备案。未经批准，禁止使用和存放；

八、宴会活动布场严格遵循有关规定，严禁堵塞消防通道，必须检查安全用电状态，确保活动安全；

九、各部门负责人要培训或者联络酒店安全部负责人确保员工必须了解并掌握消防器材的性能及使用方法，消防器材安置在制定地点，不准随意移动或做其它用途，各部门员工必须了解并掌握消防器材的性能及使用方法，不准在消防器材附近堆放任何物品；

Person who 's in charge of each department should ensure or contact security manager to train the staff within his/her drpartment to ensure his staff know and understand the performance and using methods of the fire equipments. all  The fire fighting equipments should be in the right place. it may not be moved or taken out for

Other use. nothing may be piled up around the fire equipments.

十、任何部门未经允许不可改造、装修。凡涉及变动原用电、用水线路及管道、或新安装线路的，应事先向工程部申请；

十一、凡违反本规定而引起火灾或其他事故，由肇事部门负责人或肇事人负全部刑事责任及经济损失
