　　随着现代社会的分工越来越细，一个人再能干也独木难支：没有中层管理者的协助，再好的领导也会有劲没处使；没有志愿者的热心参与，再聪明的脑袋也想不出伟大的科研成果……而实际上，有6个策略可以让人们愿意帮你。

　　让对方知道自己很重要。有一个纸厂的经理，因为产品中的水分过多苦恼极了。后来，他给每个工人发了一张普普通通的表格，让他们每天也对纸张成分进行检测，没想到工人们竟马上发明了改进的方法。这表明，当人觉得自己在问题解决中担任重要角色时，会激发出相应的责任感、兴趣和自豪感，从而愿意伸出援手。

　　给对方戴一顶高帽子。几乎没有人能真正抗拒公开的赞誉：人有维护自身正面形象的本能，为了与“高帽子”相称，人们更可能自觉自动地去实现这一公众期待。公开叫办公室工作人员为“总管”，在亲友间介绍伴侣“浪漫杀手”的昵称，都能取得很好的效果。

　　不带功利性的探访。美国贝尔电话公司的总经理伯奇·福勒克之所以被称为“十万人的好友”，是因为他经常心血来潮看望属下，比如从剧院回家的路上，一想到路边地洞里有两个紧张工作的接线工人，他就会马上钻进去闲聊几句。当然，对高级员工或合作者的探访则要尽量不显得刻意，免得对方觉得你在试探或别有用心。

　　拿自己“开涮”。有些人之所以得不到主动帮助，可能是因为自己显得无懈可击、似乎不那么需要帮助。所以，开几个说明自己也有疏忽和纰漏的玩笑，能给人以充分的愉悦和暂时的优越感，让对方愿意亲近和帮助你。比如有位万贯家财的广告商的开场白经常是：“各位，我是个拉广告的，还是个犹太人，你们得好好照顾我。”

　　就事论事。美国总统林肯是量才使用的典范，不仅能容忍背地里侮辱他为“原始大猩猩”的陆军司令史丹顿，还提拔暗中策反的柴斯为财政大臣。做事时“就事论事”，承认对方在某方面比自己更胜一筹，也能赢得对方真诚的合作。

　　不居功。有人帮了一次忙就没有下次，有人帮了一次忙下一次会主动来帮忙，区别往往在于你是否愿意牺牲一时的虚荣心，愿意把功劳让给他。如果对方犯了错误，也应替对方承担一定责任，而不是撇清关系。▲(作者为美国心理学家尤文·韦伯和约翰·摩根)
