中广网北京12月11日消息 12月11日，“中国加入世界贸易组织十周年高层论坛”在人民大会堂举行。

国家主席胡锦涛在论坛发表重要讲话，他指出：10年来，中国积极承担应尽国际责任，努力推动各国共同发展。我们积极采取一系列重大政策措施，同国际社会一道应对国际金融危机，着力推动世界经济强劲、可持续、平衡增长。

我们坚定支持世界贸易组织多哈回合谈判，参与国际宏观经济政策协调，参与二十国集团等全球经济治理机制建设，致力于国际货币体系、国际贸易体系、大宗商品价格形成机制等改革和完善，致力于促进经济全球化和区域经济一体化。

我们高举自由贸易旗帜，反对各种形式的保护主义，推动建立公平、合理、非歧视的国际贸易体系。

我们积极推动建立更加平等、更加均衡的新型全球发展伙伴关系，加强南北对话和南南合作，加大对外援助力度，近10年累计对外提供各类援款1700多亿元人民币，免除50个重债穷国和最不发达国家近300亿元人民币到期债务，承诺对同中国建交的最不发达国家97%的税目的产品给予零关税待遇，为173个发展中国家和13个地区性国际组织培训各类人员6万多名，增强了受援国自主发展能力。
