日方海上狂追四小时撞停中国渔船 11船员被逮捕

　　记者7日从中国驻长崎总领事馆获悉，较早前日本媒体称日本海上保安部逮捕一名中国船长的报道属实，领事馆正在与日方联系，进行调查。

　　日本共同社报道称，6日，长崎海上保安部在长崎县五岛列岛的日本领海上逮捕中国渔船“浙岱渔04188”(排水量135吨)船长张天雄(47岁，中国福建省人)，船上其余10名船员也在接受日方调查。

　　日方表示，当地时间6日上午10点半左右，张天雄在距五岛列岛的鸟岛西北偏北约4公里的领海上，拒绝长崎海保巡逻船登船检查。据海保方面透露，当天上午10点半左右，巡逻船在现场海域发现2艘渔船。日方用中文发出停船命令，但其中1艘逃离了现场。巡逻船追踪张天雄所在渔船约4个半小时，双方发生碰撞后，渔船不得不停船。日方称，一旦定罪，张天雄可能面临6个月徒刑和3800多美元罚款。

　　中国驻长崎总领事馆一位官员证实，日本媒体的报道属实。他表示，中方渔船及船长、船员共11人目前已被日方扣押，船长张天雄已被移送至位于长崎市的海上保安部；10名船员稍后也将被移送至同一地点。领事馆一方面正在与日方交涉，摸清相关情况，进行调查；另一方面也在与中国国内有关部门查证此事。
