一、如何导入文献
   （一）pubmed数据库操作
     方法一：  1.NLM医学数据库.键入关键词进行检索,通过点击记录前的复选框来选择你想要保存的参考文献.
2.然后下拉"Display"按钮,将显示格式由"Summary"改成"MEDLINE"捕获搜索结果到Biblioscape数据库:一旦你的搜索结果以MEDLINE格式显示,
3.点击工具栏按钮"CaptureReferences"..Biblioscape导入界面就会出现.确保导入过滤器"NLM--PubMed(Medline,etc.)MEDLARS"被选上了.如果当前文件夹不是你想要放的位置.点击选择框改换文件夹位置.点击Start按钮即可导入.如果你点
击"Go|References",新导入的文献将会列出来.但是，如果这个方法好像现在不行了，具体的操作问题还要细致点的写出来如果第3步不行，那么在第二部的时候选中你要的文献，再在"sendto"中选择file，保存在桌面，然后选择菜单：file--inport---，即原始的导入方法。
 (二）针对过期的文献jstor数据库
步骤：
 1、每条文献记录都有一个save citation，点击
 2、点击右上角的 view saved citation
 3、点击：directly export citation into endnote,procite or reference manger
 4、在endnote中选中过滤器：procite-RIS而在biblioscape中，选择RIS-Reference
 (三)从ProquestPsychology 数据库
  1、选择：download in a format compatible with procite ,endnote and reference 
  2 biblioscape中选用的过滤器是：RIS-Reference Maneger(ver.5....)就可过滤
（四）ebsco数据库
  1、在进入exportmaniger后，选择“通用文献目录管理软件”----点击“保存”----用shift键选择记录1到记录6并复制
2、代开bilioscape，选择ebsco-masterfile elite的过滤器。
（五）ScienceDirect数据库
  这个数据库只能先导入到endnote，然后在通过endnote导出，在导入bilioscape6.5
 
    具体步骤：
    1在endnote中以endnote-refer导出在桌面
    2、在bilioscape中以endnote-refer导入
     注：在导入中文时不同：打开导入的txt文件，复制这些文献，在以endnote-refer过滤，但是点击“import from clipboard”的按钮。

（六）isi  proceeding---重要的会议文件和情报研究报告
    1、选中每个记录下check的方框
    2、点击mark下的submitmarks 安扭
    3、点击mark右边的view marked lists
    4、点击view mark lists 中的view marked records 的按钮
    5、step2中，选择export to reference software ,然后自动会弹出reference endnote的软件，导入到endnote，然后再导入到bilioscape

 （七）google学术搜索网
  1、再次学术网中搜索到你的文章
  2、新建一个endnote，在需要的条目中点击“导入endnote”
  3、然后在从endnote导入到bilioscape6.5
    (八)关于endnote的导入方法补充：
  EBSCO-Host  Research  Database
  1、点击每个记录右边的“添加”文件夹
  2、点击"条款"右上角的“文件夹中有对象”的图标
  3、检查自己所需记录，然后点击第一个记录上的"保存"图标
  4、在“储存管理器”中，选择“数目管理员”的选项卡
  5、选择“直接导出格式的引文”，然后点击“保存”，然后会自动弹出endnote图书馆，选择你要保存到那个图书馆即可，这与cnki不同
   ProQuest Psychology database
  1、选择要导入的记录，然后点击第一条记录上方的“email/cite/export”中的“export”图标
  2、在“export citation”中选择“export directly to procite,endnote or reference maneger”的导入方式
  3、与ebsco的第5步相同
    pubmed的数据库
  同bilioscape6.5
  sciencedirect database
  1、选择所需记录，点击第一条上方的“export citation”
  2、选择“RIS formate”的导出方式
  3、同ebsco的第5步

注：1、 endnote and bilioscape 6.5的不对称性
但是冲bilioscape导入到endnote却是先通过RIS-reference导出，然后通过Reference Manager(RIS)导入。这是不对称的转化。

2、从bilioscape6.5导出，然后在导入它，那么它的格式是“默认的第一种格式”。

二、 各个板块的使用的技巧
      （一）Reference 的使用
     1.文献分析：
       1.1  tool/advance/analyze reference

              如：归纳推理的文件夹之中，我想指导关于幼儿的归纳推理的文
     献，怎么办？
     ways：
     “search”按钮/index search/fast or smart search在基本
       信息中：输入languange和country，然后在search/quictsearch,
       就可以分出中国、美国文献
    1.4  如何查找已经建立了联结的文献(cross links references)
                因为这些文献已经建立了相互关系，那么都回在写论文时或
                思考是用到、或者在增加cross时用到，那么如何把
                它们提取出来呢？
                steps:  Click menu command "References | Search | Quick Search".                  Under tree branch "Miscellaneous", click "Has Cross Links".
           
     2.删除重文献：
       2.1 tool/untility/eliminatedecuplicate  
             choose edit/marked/delect marked
     3.标识文献：
       3.1选中文献/right mouse/taggle marked,与之相关的运用：
       3.2查看方法——edit/marked/show marked only
（二） word软件集成
                       1、把有可能应用的文献全部作标记或不做，放在一个新建的文件夹之
中，然后导出，再导入到endnote
2、endnote的word使用方法
        1）打开一个library，选择tool/manuscript templates(文稿模板)，如IEEE、
Nature、APA等，请制作心理学报和心理科学的模板
        2）一般选择IEEE，这与国内相近，也可以作为修改的模板
        3）自动会进入word，并弹出一个wizard的宏，直接按next即可
        4）在word中，工具栏会有一个endnote的插件，如果要在某处插入
文献，那么就在选择“find citation”找到你要的文献直接插入即可
        5）要改[1]为（ashby,2004）,那么选择"工具"/“format biblioscape”/"with output"然后选择你需要的格式，点击ok即可
        6）建立自己的文稿模板，edit/output style /newbuildstyle,深入钻研，
不同的杂志建立不同的文稿模板
     （三）biolioscape—note的用法
        1.general usage
           1.1   给笔记赋名、图标、关键词和网页快照
                 when you create a note ,you must fristly name it ,choose note iconand the keywords with it,even the relative internet about thisnote.how could you  do this ?                                                  steps: notes/properties/----choose note icon, name the  title,input some keywords with ";"between each other for           oganization , and input the URL in the webcature about this note.
            1.2  汉字输入方法和编辑
                  一般打开txt文本进行汉字输入，然后cope到bilioscape word                               中，这样的汉字才能在点击工具栏的“保存”图标后以rft的格式
                  保存而不出现乱码，然后在word中进行更标准的编辑，at last print.
            1.3 英文的输入方法和“雅信”翻译、 个人网页的无缝连接&翻译备份    直接在Refenrence中打开相应的PDF文献后，开始阅读，当阅读到重点时候，如实验的具体设计、文献综述的经典分析逻辑和理论需要翻译时，直接复制到与读的文章建立了link（ctrl+L）的note中，再以RTF的格式保存在图书馆的新建的“翻译”文件夹中，启动雅信进行翻译。翻译的结果可以通过该note携带的webcapture发布在我的博客中或者保险的做法：将雅信翻译好的两个文件保存在我的个人用户下链接的“心理学”weixiaoma002@hotmail.com的邮箱，从而是雅信软件即使在重装后也能够很快的反应，因为两个文件中有一个是带了记忆的文件。但是，这可能与整个图书馆备份重复，在设计中，我把它另外进行备份，因为随着翻译文献的增多，要上传的量也在增大，最好的办法是每次上传，这样到2个星期后进行一整理，把前面上传的删除，在进行一次集合上传，这样，当容量达到一定量以后，下载下来进行刻录。
                         english words spelling check : tools/spelling 像find样找error.
                 这表方便，因为它还给出正确的拼写words.
                1.4 在note中插入图片和OLE、表格      建立表格：工具栏的中有个建立表格的icon,点击后，画多少row和column，点击“钩”就确定了，然后还有两个添加row的icon，这个和E-prime软件相似。
插入图片：要在画图软件中打开图片才能黏贴到note中，不能直接黏贴的。
插入对象：这个功能不好用  
        2.cope note to MS word for edition
           2.1  一般方法
                  如何保存到word中，首先，点击工具栏的“保存”图标，以txt文
                  件格式保存，然后在在txt文件的内容复制到word中.
           2.2   处理汉字复制乱码的问题
找到某个note中汉字可以向word进行复制汉字，那么该note中的一些汉字复制到另一个不能向我word进行复制的note中，然后在试试，再把那个刚复制过来的汉字去掉，就可以进行复制和以RFT的格式保存。方法如此，但计算机原理不清楚。
                 
       3.Problems about editing words in biolioscape6.5 note MS word window
           2.1 move the 光标 and change lines by using spacebar not               enter key
           2.2  sometimes it can not save when your have made note or             edited it, so you must certain at it and check by making or            editing little  work, as  the cause of this problem are not            found out  ????      

       (四) how to use make task------input words into the discription window
             4.1 如何输入
 when type words in the live window of discription, you want to chang the words input row, you should press down the spacekey until it has been change.
4.2
     （五）制图
              5.1 一般的制图方法：
              5.1.1首先进入"edit chart",根据案例制作图形然点
              击file----save  as---再点击右下方的ok button 即可
              5.1.2如何更改图形
                   打开更改的图形，点击“editchart”,然后点击修改  你想改的对象，最后，选择file---saveas---选择该文件的原始文件----点击ok----再点击右下方的ok按钮，这样才能成功
    注意：更改不成功的原因是忘记点击右下方的ok，从而在bibilioscape中无法更改成功。
            
              5.1.3技巧   如何改变所有图形的背景色，在图形编辑的窗口中，你要注意左下角的颜色设置。
还有就是注意在例子之中，你在点击每个对象时，工具箱和下面的颜色设置是如何变化的，这样就可以知道如何好看的图                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
              5.2与note和Reference建立联结---SQL语言的使用
    如：Title like '%Boronic%'
      Will retrieve all references whose Title contains the word  "Boronic"
        Date_created between '7/2/2000' and '11/3/2000'
      Will retrieve all notes created between 7/2/2000 and 11/3/2000
      Class = 'Chemistry'
      Will retrieve all books in library catalog classified as "Chemistry"
     具体的作图请参见在安装的目录下的例子，这些有流程图，信息图和联结SQL图等，比较丰富。
    1. making link general way: you should choose creak link tool and the choose creat link with tips , then you should read these tips, because different links with different ways, if not ,you will be bothered by them

    2. backup method: you should choose the biolioscape tap filter and store then in text formate. but this way is not better as there are      many  notes  ,task , and the internate resourse . so i   advise  a better as follows:
     备份 ： the best way: using file compression software to compress all thefiles under your biolioscape. AND i have make  a direct connection  to the weixiaoma002@hotmail.com in the internet in the biolioscape6.5 , so we can access to it easily.
备份问题
   因为在整体备份的时候，包括attachments文件夹里的内容，所以备份的量很大，而我们通常只是做note和一些必要的链接，处理的办法就是
1——在E盘里处理“智慧书”，并在attachments里添加文件和创建链接
2——买一个U盘，把智慧书中的attachments文件和智慧书本身分离保存。
3——携带U盘，到其他电脑上操作，把智慧书复制到E盘的目录下，同时把attachments放到智慧书的目录下。
4——修改智慧书和attachments下的文件，通常是添加，对于新产生的智慧书则覆盖U盘里的智慧书，而attachments的文件，则需要把新添加和删除的对应文件在U盘中做修改不需要覆盖该文件，因为这些文件量很大，对U盘寿命不好。。

    3.如何利用biblioscape的spelling纠错功能
    first step:use the PDF-TO-WORD Conventor to create rtf file.
    second step:copy the file to biblioscape's note then choose menu                   bars "tools"--"spelling" or directly click F7.
