震惊全国的“2012.1.6”南京持枪抢劫杀人案，引起中央高度关注。尽快侦破此案、抓获穷凶极恶的嫌疑人，已成为当前全国公安机关压倒一切的要务。

昨日，省公安厅召开全省电视电话会议，部署查缉该案嫌疑人。省公安厅党委副书记、副厅长尚武表示：该嫌疑人穷凶极恶，8年作案7起杀害7人，作案地跨度极大、始终围绕在我省周边，很可能潜入我省，万万不可麻痹大意。

公安部确认：“平头男”并非曾开贵

1月6日上午10时许，南京市下关区东门街2号农业银行门前，江苏某建筑公司员工程某取款20万元走出银行大门，一名犯罪嫌疑人冲来对其头部开枪，捡起装钱的纸袋后逃离。程某经抢救无效死亡。全国多家媒体报道此案时，均指嫌疑人为曾开贵。

实际上，曾开贵是另一起重大枪案嫌疑人，在逃，与本案无关。昨日，省公安厅副厅长、湖北专案组组长尚武说，公安部已确认苏湘渝系列案并非曾开贵所为，但两嫌犯的特征确有相似之处：都约为40岁出头、中等身材、四川口音、行为沉着老练、有军人素养等。

目前，公安部已明确：“1·6”南京劫案，与此前湖南长沙、重庆发生的6起持枪抢劫杀人案，均系同一犯罪嫌疑人所为。此案命名为“1·6”苏湘渝特大系列持枪抢劫杀人案。

长沙发生多起枪击抢劫案后，公安部组织专家指导长沙警方侦查，获取该嫌疑人近距离照片，将其命名为“平头男”。这两张近距离照片，拍摄于近期，这是捉拿该嫌犯的最有力信息。

可能窜入我省，举报抓捕须注意安全

在昨日的动员部署会上，尚武说：该嫌疑人8年持枪作案7起、杀害7人、抢劫40多万元，人民群众反映强烈，中央和公安部领导高度重视，要求尽快侦破此案，并作为当前公安机关压倒一切的要务。

尚武说，该嫌疑人作案时间跨度长、潜伏期长、空间转换范围大，严重威胁人民群众生命财产安全。尤其是去年6月份以来，其作案频率加快，作案地围绕我省周边，有偏好沿江河的中心城市、省会城市的倾向，其逃窜途经我省甚至在我省作案的可能性相当大。我省各地各级公安机关，尤其是武汉、宜昌、荆州、襄阳等城市，务必高度重视，立即行动起来，未雨绸缪，务必克服“与己无关”的思想、克服松懈情绪，立即开展全面清查，在卡口部署查缉堵截，消除这个重大安全隐患。

尚武还为该嫌疑人“画像”：该嫌疑人沉默少语，独来独往，不喜欢与人交流。他习惯早起，作案前周密踩点，事先“蹲守”，并计划好逃跑线路和落脚地点。喜欢戴帽子、墨镜、口罩进行伪装。走路时手甩动的幅度较大，站立时腰板挺直，有抖脚、背手的习惯，操不标准普通话。其手段特别凶残，作案时动作果断坚决，逃跑时从容不迫，反侦查能力极强。

尚武特别强调，该嫌疑人持有枪支，作风凶悍。人民群众举报、公安机关抓捕时，要注意方式方法，保护自身安全。

我省悬赏20万通缉，各地奖金不累加

我省警方发布的通缉令称：该嫌疑人为男性，40岁左右，身高1.7米左右，中等身材，皮肤较黑，走路外八字，会讲四川话和不标准普通话，性格孤僻，沉默少语，独来独往。此人于2012年1月6日上午在南京市下关区持枪打死一名提款者，抢走19.99万元现金后逃匿。

我省公安机关承诺，对提供线索抓获犯罪嫌疑人者，将奖励人民币20万元。请直接拨打110。

据了解，目前，重庆、昆明、长沙、南京等地均发布悬赏通告，奖金从20万至100万元不等。此后，浙江、安徽、海南警方相继发布悬赏通告，悬赏金累加计算，总额突破300万元。

但据公安部有关人士解释，举报人应向嫌疑人出现的当地公安机关举报，原则上奖金不累加计算。

“平头男”作案回放

8年7起枪案7条人命

【1】重庆市“2004.4.22”持枪抢劫杀人案。两名取款者中弹一死一伤。犯罪嫌疑人抢走装有现金7万元的纸袋。

【2】重庆市“2005.5.16”持枪抢劫杀人案。两名取款者中弹死亡。犯罪嫌疑人抢走17万元现金。

【3】长沙市“2009.10.14”南郊公园持枪杀人案。死者身中6枪，枪击致心脏破裂死亡。

【4】长沙市“2009.12.04”持枪抢劫杀人案。一名取款者中弹死亡，4.5万元现金被抢走。

【5】长沙市“2010.10.25”持枪抢劫杀人案。死者中弹死亡，电脑包被抢。

【6】长沙市“2011.6.28”枪击案。受害人中弹后，因有人呼喊，犯罪嫌疑人未实施抢劫逃跑。

【7】南京市“2012.1.6”持枪抢劫杀人案。取款者中弹死亡，近20万元现金被抢。
