天寶·葛蘭汀（Temple Grandin，1947年8月29日－），是畜產學學者、暢銷作家、和禽畜動物行為顧問，目前任教於任教於Colorado State University。身為知名的亞斯伯格症候群患者，葛蘭汀致力於宣導自閉症、並發明了Hug machine給過度敏感的人。

葛蘭汀生於波士頓，於兩歲時被診斷出自閉症，直到四歲才開始說話。之後被送往結構化的幼兒園，並遇上了她認為相當好的教師。在1960年代，她住進了新罕布夏州的寄宿學校，畢業後進入Franklin Pierce University就讀、獲取心理學學士。1975年修得了亞利桑那州立大學的動物學碩士、1989年得到伊利諾大學動物學博士。

葛蘭汀以奧利佛·薩克斯的著作《火星上的人類學家》為契機，變得普遍被知道。也為葛蘭汀跟「正常」的人的交談的言詞由來。此後葛蘭汀受到了ABC、時代雜誌、people雜誌、福布斯、紐約時報等專訪。2006年6月8日BBC的"The Woman Who Thinks Like A Cow"也以葛蘭汀為題材。2010年以她的自傳改編的電影《Temple Grandin》上映。

葛蘭汀同時是對世界有巨大影響力的自閉症啓蒙活動與家畜權利保護學者，美國和加拿大的肉食牛有半數是用葛蘭汀設計的設施處理。
