腾讯科技讯（悠悠/编译） 据英国每日邮报报道，目前，俄罗斯一支科学家小组在南极洲钻探拥有2000万年历史神秘冰川湖泊时与美国同事失去了联系已有5天。在南极洲夏季即将结束之际，科学家们仍在零下66摄氏度持续钻探沃斯托克冰川湖，该湖泊位于冰川之下两英里处，他们希望能够在这个冰川湖未被接触的湖水中发现2000万年前神秘的地球生命。

沃斯托克冰川湖位于火星最荒凉偏远的地区，在冰川之下受地热作用可保持液态水状态，这个湖泊常被科学家称为“外星湖泊”，这是因为它非常类似于木卫二地下湖泊的状况。

此次科学勘测使人们联想到科幻电影《怪形》，科学家在南极洲挖掘发现一个冰川掩埋的外星飞船，并产生无线电寂静，在该影片中该神秘的南极冰川描述成寒冷的恐怖空间。目前，俄罗斯南极洲探险队队长瓦莱里-卢金(Valery Lukin)于上月称，我们并不知道未来等待我们的将是什么，在钻探过程中冰川湖中的水必须不能被人为活动或者形成数百万年的地球生物所污染。
