文献名称：捏脊与按摩治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的效果 前言：目的:观察捏拿按摩所产生的良性刺激治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的效果。方法:①选择2004-01/12在焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院内分泌与代谢病科2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者106例。均愿意配合观察者。随机将106例患者分为2组:观察组(n=53,男17例,女36例)和对照组(n=53,男19例,女34例)。两组均在控制血糖基础上进行如下干预,对照组:口服莫沙必利(由康弘药业集团生产,生产批号:200401)5mg/次,3次/d,7d为1个疗程,共干预4个疗程。观察组:采用捏脊与按摩疗法进行治疗,每7天为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程。具体如下:捏脊法:从患者长强穴捏拿起,沿督脉向前至椎穴。从第2遍后可重点提捏病症所选主穴如脾、胃、肝、膈俞等。一般每提捏6遍为施术1次,需连续施术两三次;按摩法:实施捏脊疗法后接着进行按摩。术者从患者颈部沿脊椎自上而下按摩34个夹脊穴,按摩300次或以患者的情况酌情增减按摩次数,每日上、下午各进行1次,每次30～40min。②临床疗效评估标准:采用半定量方法,将胃脘胀满、早饱、恶心呕吐、食欲不振及嗳气等6个主症分为:0级:无症状;1级:偶尔出现症状或程度很轻,不影响生活和工作;。。。
