凤凰卫视12月23日播出《总编辑时间》：

杜平：这条新闻呢，实质上是一部分内容，因为我要点评的东西，是我们在新闻里面没有看到的内容，也就是说在联合国为金正日举行默哀一分钟的仪式，这个当时，实质上是有很多的一些国家，并没有出席，而且是中场，就是说到那个时候，大家在默哀的时候，这些国家退出了，这哪些国家，美国、加拿大、日本、韩国，然后欧盟成员国，一些国家，也就是说他们集体的抵制了这样的一个仪式。

那么在这样的一个情况之下，做出这样的一个行动，当然，我觉得我个人认为确实不是很恰当的，至少在外交上，礼仪上不是很恰当的，联合国大会呢，它有这个惯例，如果说当事国，它提出要求，希望联大成员国在开会的时候，如果说它本国的元首，或者是政府首脑去世的时候，可以要求联大做出这样的一个安排。

那么实质上，我觉得就是说即便这些国家对金正日有多么不好的看法，但是在这样的情况之下，我觉得做出这样的行动，是有欠考虑的，而且我个人判断是故意的作为的，为什么这样呢？因为就是按联大的会议议程里面，应该是提早向大家公布了这样一个议程，也就是说那时候可能会宣布一分钟的默哀仪式，但是呢，这些西方国家，包括韩国、日本在内，它们并没有，就是说并没有这个避开，也就是说如果你不愿意参加这样的一个哀悼仪式的话，你可以提前，就是避开，不可以，就是不要出现。

可是呢，你本来知道有这个仪式的安排，然后你出席了，出席完了以后，当大家默哀的时候，你就中场退出，这就是故意的行为，也就是说让实质上对朝鲜来讲有一种不尊敬，对谁不尊敬呢？因为对死者来讲，我觉得如果你不尊敬死者，或者对他一个蔑视的话，我觉得也没有关系，因为这是你自己可以做出这样的决定，是你自己的选择，但是呢，对朝鲜这个全国的人民来讲，我觉得是不太尊重的。

所以我个人就认为就说金正日去世之后，包括美国、日本、韩国，还有西方的这些国家，实质上它是比较克制，也就是说避免了很多的一些言行，怕刺激朝鲜。本来做的是很好的，本来是可以为双方未来的接触，留下很多的空间，也是一个善意的表现，但是在这个时候，我觉得它忍不住了，我觉得是一个错误的决定，确实是错误的决定。

因为我记得是这样子的，就是如果说你从人道主义的安排，人道主义的精神出发的话，也应该避开这样的场合，就是不要在中途退场，或者是进行抵制的行为，我记得美国的黑人民权领袖他讲过，如果说每一个人，那些人他为他自己的生命，就是说失去他生命的时候，我愿意为他们哀悼，但是呢，我不会因为每一个人的死亡，我感到高兴，特别是那些敌人，包括他的敌人死亡了，我也不会从中得到任何快乐，我还依然为他感到难过，所以我觉得这个心胸是很宽广的，可是西方的领导人，我觉得在这方面，确实还是缺乏心胸的。
