中新社马尼拉12月22日电 (记者 张明)热带风暴“天鹰”近日引发菲律宾南部多个省份发生严重洪灾，已造成上千人死亡，64万多人受灾。菲律宾外交部22日透露，中国已表示将向菲律宾提供100万美元救灾援助。

菲外交部长德尔罗萨里奥21日在接受电视台采访时曾透露中国提供援助的消息。22日，菲外交部正式公布国际社会对菲灾区援助情况时称，中国向菲律宾提供100万美元救灾援助，另外，中国驻菲律宾大使馆也在灾后第一时间向菲方提供1万美元紧急救灾援助，相关款项已转交菲方。

中国外交部发言人19日曾表示，“中方愿根据菲方要求提供必要的人道主义援助”。

热带风暴“天鹰”在菲律宾造成重大灾害后，已有多个国家政府和国际组织向菲提供救灾援助。据菲外交部消息及媒体报道披露，截至22日，日本已承诺提供价值1400万比索(约合32万美元)的物资援助，韩国承诺援助50万美元救灾物资，澳大利亚承诺提供100万澳元援助，西班牙援助20万欧元，爱尔兰援助10万欧元，美国援助10万美元，法国援助5万欧元。总部设在马尼拉的亚洲开发银行22日决定拨款300万美元，用于为菲灾区提供清洁水、医疗卫生等紧急救助。

菲官方22日公布最新灾情通报称，热带风暴“天鹰”已造成菲南部1010人死亡，1603人受伤，51人失踪，13个省份64万多人受灾，目前共有31万人在接受政府救济，4万多人滞留在避难中心内。菲总统阿基诺已正式签署第303号总统公告，宣布全国进入“灾难状态”，以便集全国之力全力推进救灾。(完)
