韩联社报道说，朝鲜领导人金正日去世后，获钦点成为接班人的幼子金正恩将会像父亲金正日当年接班时一样，服丧三年，并在此期间谋求巩固权力，但他能否顺利登上权力最高点，还看他的接班监护人张成泽和军方是否存有夺权野心。

报道说，29岁的金正恩早於2009年被内定为接班人，并于2010年在劳动党党代会上，获推举为劳动党中央军事委员会副委员长，但他只是表面上掌握了国家安保等部门，因为他几乎没有单独决定政策和管理国家的经验，因此需要像父亲金正日1994年接班时一样，在三年服丧期间巩固权力。

金正日的妹夫、国防委员会副委员长张成泽是金正恩接班监护人，也是他依靠的强大后盾，但也可能是与金正恩争权的最强劲对手。报道指出，张成泽身兼多职，可以干预公安、国防和吸引外资等领域的工作，而且他在要职安插了多名亲信。有观测认为，权力日益膨胀的张成泽会否将权力拱手让给金正恩，也是未知数。

另一位不得不防的，还有人民武力部长金永春。金正恩就任中央军事委员会副委员长之后，金永春的权力被架空，但权力欲望强烈的金永春可能会寻找新权力中心，牵制金正恩。甚至有人分析说，张成泽可能和军方联手拥立新领导人。

所以金正恩可能会像父亲接班时一样，藉着所谓“秘密派对”等多种方式，笼络精英人心，才能掌握权杖。
