border:#ccc solid 1px;} 据大众网12月15日报道 晨报讯 一名韩国海警因在黄海海域与中国渔民发生冲突致死一事引起韩媒的高度关注。韩国方面宣称已掌握“确凿”证据，将以“杀人罪”和“妨害特殊公务执行罪”起诉被抓的中国船长，韩国媒体称，重判不可避免，最高可至死刑。

韩国《每日经济》13日称，韩国警方已决定对9名中国渔民签发逮捕令，船长程大伟的罪名是“杀人”和“妨害特殊公务执行”，其他8名船员的罪名是“妨害特殊公务执行”。仁川海警搜查科长安成植称，“根据韩国国立科学调查研究院确认，认定李青浩警官是被程大伟拿刀刺中腹部导致大动脉出血过多而死亡。杀人工具是在驾驶舱内的一把25厘米长的刀。”安成植承认，程大伟否认上述杀人指控，部分被押中国渔民也要求妥善调查处理。该报认为，程大伟被重判“不可避免”。而此前媒体报道称，韩国海警是被中国船长挥舞的玻璃片刺中而导致伤重身亡的。《朝鲜日报》13日称，韩国大检察厅相关人士说，使用尖锐凶器刺杀海警队员，可以看做故意，很可能适用杀人罪。程大伟还涉嫌刺伤另一名韩国海警，因此不管适用什么罪，都有可能最高判处死刑。报道说，其他中国船员如果只是抵抗，将适用妨害公务执行罪处以5年以下徒刑，如果是直接帮船长行刺，将看做杀人罪的共犯予以处罚。

一名常驻韩国的中国分析家13日表示，韩国已废除死刑，即使名义上被判死刑，通常也不会直接处死。《朝鲜日报》说，今年韩国拘留58名中国船员，大多缓刑释放。

12日，两名韩国海警在黄海海域执法时与中国渔民发生冲突，一名海警受伤，另一名海警身亡。

晨报讯据韩联社等韩国媒体消息，针对一名韩国海警特攻队员日前被中方船员刺死一案，韩国一些“保守团体”当地时间13日下午在中国驻韩大使馆前举行示威。

韩国多个团体300多人13日下午在位于首尔钟路区的中国大使馆前集会示威，谴责“中方船员杀害韩国海警”，并要求中国“立刻道歉”。目前，中方已要求韩方切实采取有力措施确保中国驻韩国使领馆的安全和正常工作秩序。

另据韩国《朝鲜日报》报道，据推测，导致韩国海警伤重身亡的玻璃碎片是韩国海警投掷的爆音弹碎片。

外交部：愿与韩方保持密切沟通

据新华社电外交部发言人刘为民14日说，中方高度重视韩国海警伤亡事件，与韩方保持了密切沟通。中方愿与韩方积极合作，认真调查，妥善处理有关问题。

刘为民是在例行记者会上作出上述表示的。他说，有关事件造成韩国海警伤亡，中方对此表示遗憾。“这是一起个案，相信在中韩双方共同努力下，事件不会影响两国关系大局。”刘为民说。

他表示，中国驻韩国使馆已在第一时间派领事官员探视了中国船员。同时，中方也希望韩方切实维护中国渔民安全和合法权益。

针对韩国驻华使馆“遭到疑似用气枪发射的钢珠袭击”的相关情况，刘为民表示，经现场勘查和初步鉴定，韩国驻华使馆休息室玻璃发生破裂，但基本排除枪击的可能。
