《美国兰德公司对中国人的评价》的报告：需国人深思！
近来，在网上传得沸沸扬扬的《美国兰德公司对中国人的评价》的报告，本人至今尚未查到准确出处。如果这篇报告，不是有人（包括外国人）编造的，而是出自美国兰德公司之手，那就另当别论了。报告所提问题都相当严肃，而且富含政治、经济、历史和人文。就像当初鲁迅、柏扬从中国人的立场或角度揭示那个时代中国人的丑陋一样。报告是故意对中国人的蔑视或侮辱吗？不应简单地这样看；因为报告是写给美国高层看的。报告是西方人对中国人的传统傲慢与偏见吗？只能是仁者见仁，智者见智。至于报告对中国未来经济的预期，那只能是报告作者的‘单相思’了。既便如此，报告中所涉及到的诸多问题，仍需国人深思！
