biotechnology letters是荷兰的杂志，目前为springerlink下属期刊，半月刊，速度很快，一个月肯定有审稿意见，接收一般也在3个月之内。难度不高，只要创新就可以。
journal of bioscience and bioengineering为日本期刊，目前为sciencedirect期刊，审稿周期较长，而且对我国稿件有一定的偏见。

其实类似的还有JOURNAL OF INDUSTRIAL MICROBIOLOGY & BIOTECHNOLOGY,这个杂志只要有创新点，也是比较容易接收的。

其他类似还有Biotechnology and Applied Biochemistry，低一些的有world journal of microbiology and biotechnology

Marine Biotechnology, IF 1.545：接收，海洋生物方向比较好的杂志了，与Aqualture齐名，收稿方向广泛，审稿速度快，一般承诺49天给first decision。
Journal of Molecular Evolution, IF 2.703：拒稿，进化方向比较好的杂志，主编对我的稿件很感兴趣（其间e-mail来往数封），但助理编辑要求直接拒稿，未送审，失败。
Molecular biology and Evolution, IF 6.233：拒稿，进化方向很好的杂志，拒稿率高，庆幸的是我的被送审了，拿到两份审稿意见，尽管被拒，还是认为审稿意见的帮助很大，目前根据审稿意见进行了大幅度的修改，准备再投。

Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine比较快（3个月左右），另外可以试试AI in medicine，IEEE也有关于生物信息学的汇刊，影响因子大于2！
