醉驾上路，当街寻衅，追碾路人，致使无辜行人遇打、惨遭驱车撞死。这起发生在11月12日凌晨福建诏安县南诏镇街头的令人发指的血案，近日经当地检察机关公布，立即引起社会一片惊愕、震痛。
人们痛心的，不仅仅是这起事件性质的恶劣，更悚然震惊的是，酒驾过程中，竟然有一位镇党政办主任和一名交警中队副队长参与其中，寻衅、撞人过程中，那位镇干部始终坐于车上，甚至还在撞人惨案发生后下车查看、自行离去。经检察机关调查认定，在这起涉嫌故意杀人的案件中，那位镇干部根本没有采取报警、施救措施。
事发后，驾车碾人者何某被诏安县检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪批捕。而诏安县纪检部门也分别对两名公职人员进行了处理：镇党政办主任林某因“严重违反社会公德”被开除党籍、辞退公职；交警中队副队长李某因违反警察职业道德，被免职并调离公安机关。
案件还在审理过程中。但此案所引发的公职人员问题，需要引起更多追问。近期，甘肃成县政法委副书记猥亵女童案，河南汝南公安局民警酒驾致5死3伤，虽属个案，但引发的社会震撼，对政府形象的损害、对群众信任的伤害历历在目。此外，屡屡上演的官员“艳照门”、前不久的深圳公务员打骂生父事件这些“私德”现象，一经曝出，引发的道德波动也远远超出普通个体的失德离德、违法犯罪。
在公职人员日显强大的“失德杀伤力”背后，一方面是国家与公众对公职人员的道德要求高于普通百姓--以《公务员法》规定为例，对社会公德与职业道德，不仅要求“遵守”，而且是“模范遵守”；另一方面，公职人员拥有不同于普通群众的特殊身份，对社会有着更大的影响力。这也正是诏安血案中，两名公职人员并非直接醉驾者，却被公众像痛恨碾人者那样千夫所指的重要原因。
对公职人员的“失德”，我们必须要引起高度重视了。除了用人选人时的“品德考核”，除了加强“道德轮训”，依法从严从重的问责，恐怕也是并重的必要震慑。只有这样，公职人员的“失德”才能更好地受到法治化约束，避免蔓延扩大，成为社会公害、执政公害。
