表格说明事项：
         1、以下表中的各种物料的营养参数，是以我们所做试验中所用的材料为准，各地不同的地方生产的物料可能与下表中的数据有所差别，同时由于生产工艺的不同，物料的营养含量也会有所不同，例如米糠的加工中，除了各地出产的稻谷营养含量有所不同外，加工过程中，剥落的米皮的厚度，带入米灰的程度不同，加入谷壳秕谷的不同，都会影响到米糠的营养含量，麦麸是大小麦加工副产物，也会因为加工工艺的不同，而有不同的营养含量，同样的道理，豆渣、酱油渣、木薯渣、玉米淀粉渣、米粉下脚料、潲水等都会因为产生的来源不同，而营养含量有所不同，所以下表中的物料的检测数据只是代表我们所做实验所用的物料的数据（当然，我们尽量取用有代表性的物料来做实验），表中消化能和代谢能为委托相关畜牧研究所检测所得。
       2、各种物料的发酵方法，见资料中相关的介绍，这里不再一一累述，发酵前的营养含量一般是指纯原料的营养含量，如木薯渣发酵前的营养含量就是木薯淀粉厂出厂后的木薯渣直接检测得到的营养含量，发酵后的营养含量，则可能因为加入了其他的配料，如木薯渣的第二种发酵方法中加入了棉籽饼粕一起进行发酵，所以粗蛋白质的含量会提高很多，其他营养成份也会变化较大。
下表中的试验数据是采用活力99生酵剂和粗饲料降解剂对各种物料糟渣进行发酵和降解的，如果采用发酵型的4%专用预混料，发酵效果会好一些，营养价值的提高也会更高一些，这是因为4%发酵型预混料中加入了更多的发酵激活剂和辅助制剂，以及用量比较大的菌种，而使用活力99生酵剂和粗饲料降解剂，由于包装的限制，需要用户自己购买相关的一些辅助发酵物品如磷酸氢钙等。
       3、有些特殊物料的营养含量变小了，如鸡粪发酵中由于添加了大量的秸秆粉或统糠粉作为疏松剂来发酵，所以发酵后，粗蛋白、粗灰份、钙、磷含量都变小了(鸡粪粗蛋白虽然降低了，但可消化蛋白含量却增加了)；另外如血粉蛋白含量达80%，也由于发酵时加入了玉米配料，所以蛋白也降低了几个百分点，但营养价值却是提高了；酱油渣也因为含盐份太高，需要加大量的其他物料来中和盐份才可以发酵，实验中加了秸秆粉，所以蛋白也降低了，（但实际上营养价值却提高了，因为蛋白可消化率和能量利用率提高了、粗纤维降低、清除有害细菌、适口性，保存性等各方面的综合因素才是决定营养价值的因素，尤其是血粉，蛋白质虽然从78.95%下降到了74.58%，但可消化蛋白却从21.01%，提高到了56.75%，增加了近三倍，这才是最重要的）。
         4、无氮浸出物=100－水份－粗蛋白－粗纤维－粗灰份－粗脂肪，而得到，是计算值。
         5、钙磷含量一般会因为发酵时加了磷酸氢钙而有所提高，粗灰份也因为这个原因也有所提高，但统糠和鸡粪是个例外，因为统糠和鸡粪含灰份极高，达到了13—22%，发酵中由于加入其他增加营养的物料，所以发酵后，反而因为加入的物料的稀释而减少了。
        6、另外，发酵的大宗原料的配料配方完全可以由用户自己根据当地的糟渣资源情况，自己设计发酵的配方，不一定要按照我们资料上所介绍的发酵配方，非常刻板地照上面的来操作，发酵剂这个产品其实可以随意设计您的发酵配料，例如，当地有啤酒糟，又有豆渣，就可以把这两种原料一起来发酵，只是注意几点： 一是配方中要有微生物启动发酵需要的少量能量饲料如玉米粉，1—10%都可以，越是脏臭的糟渣用量就多一些，比较好的糟渣如豆渣和啤酒糟，就少用一些；二是注意加点发酵活化的元素，如磷酸氢钙，加量为1%左右；三是发酵注意密封好；四是加水量要在65%左右最好，以手捏成团，有水从手指间滴出为度。四是发酵后，根据发酵配料的粗蛋白质和能量情况，进行配料喂猪，当然，喂养时的饲料配方就需要您熟悉各种饲料原料的营养含量，动物配方设计的基本知识等，设计配方方面可以咨询服务部和厂家，或在网站上的论坛和留言本上咨询，网址是：www.hl99cn.com和 www.syc163.com。
