1、本合同用英文和中文两种文字写成,一式四份。双方执英文本和中文本各一式两份,两种文字具有同等效力。   The contract is made out in English and Chinese languages in quadruplicate, both texts being equally authentic, and each Party shall hold two copies of each text.

2、本合同由双方代表于1999年12月9日签订。合同签订后,由各方分别向本国政府当局申请批准,以最后一方的批准日期为本合同的生效日期,双方应力争在60天内获得批准,用电传通知对方,并用信件确认。若本合同自签字之日起,6个月仍不能生效,双方有权解除本合同。
  This contract is signed by the authorized representatives of both parties on Dec. 9, 1999. After signing the contract, both parties shall apply to their respective Government Authorities for ratification. The date of ratification last obtained shall be taken as the effective date of the Contract. Both parties shall exert their utmost efforts to obtain the ratification within 60 days and shall advise the other party by telex and thereafter send a registered letter for confirmation.
  
  3、本合同有效期从合同生效之日算起共10年,有效期满后,本合同自动失效。
  The contract shall be valid for 10 years from the effective date of the contract, on the expiry of the validity term of contract, the contract shall automatically become null and void.
  
  4、本合同期限届满时,双方发生的未了债权和债务不受合同期满的影响,债务人应向债权人继续偿付未了债务。
  The outstanding (未了的)claims and liabilities(债权和债务) existing between both parties on the expiry of the validity of the contract shall not be influenced by the expiration of this contract. The debtor shall be kept liable until the debtor fully pays up his debts to the creditor.

商务信函:如何在商务往来的邮件中表示感谢

无论你是写信给客户,给经理或是同事,你都一定要感谢他们。每个人都喜欢被感谢,那就在你的信对读者表示感谢,感谢他们所做的事情,还可以事先感谢他们将要为你做的事!你会发现将真诚表达在你的字里行间会让你受益匪浅。
  
  邮件的开头
  
  感谢读者是邮件开场白的好办法。感谢您的读者能让对方感到高兴,特别是之后你有事相求的情况下会很有帮助。Thank you for contacting us.
  如果有人写信来询问公司的服务,就可以使用这句句子开头。向他们对公司的兴趣表示感谢。Thank you for your prompt reply.
  当一个客户或是同事很快就回复了你的邮件,一定记得要感谢他们。如果回复并不及时,只要将“prompt”除去即可,你还可以说,“Thank you for getting back to me.”
  Thank you for providing the requested information.
  如果你询问某人一些信息,他们花了点时间才发送给你,那就用这句句子表示你仍然对他们的付出表示感激。Thank you for all your assistance.
  如果有人给了你特别的帮助,那一定要感谢他们!如果你想对他们表示特别的感激,就用这个句子,“I truly appreciate … your help in resolving the problem.”Thank you raising your concerns.
  就算某个客户或是经理写邮件给你对你的工作提出了一定的质疑,你还是要感谢他们。这样你能表现出你对他们的认真态度表示尊重及感激。同时,你也可以使用,“Thank you for your feedback.”  在邮件的结尾
  在邮件开头表示感谢一般是表示对对方过去付出的感谢,而在邮件结尾处表示感谢是对将来的帮助表示感谢。事先表示感谢,能让对方在行动时更主动更乐意。Thank you for your kind cooperation.
  如果你需要读者帮助你做某事,那就先得表示感谢。Thank you for your attention to this matter.
  与以上的类似,本句包含了你对对方将来可能的帮助表示感谢。Thank you for your understanding.
  如果你写到任何会对读者产生负面影响的内容那就使用这句句子吧。Thank you for your consideration.
  如果您是在寻求机会或是福利,例如你在求职的话,就用这封邮件结尾。Thank you again for everything you'e done.
  这句句子可以用在结尾,和以上有所不同。如果你在邮件开头已经谢过了读者,你就可以使用这句话,但是因为他们的帮助,你可以着重再次感谢你们的付出。

商务英语之回复客户询盘的最常用英语

(1)我们的条件是10日内付款为2%的折扣,30日内付款无折扣。   our terms are 2% ten days, thirty days net.
  (2)我公司仅限于从发票开出之日起10日内付现金者给予折扣优待。
  we only allow a cash discount on payments made within ten days of date of invoice.
  (3)顾客向我公司购货一律用现金支付。从发票开出之日起,30日内将货款付清。如当即支付现款,我公司当按年利5%计付30日的利息。
  terms to approved buyers strictly net cash, payment within thirty days from invoice date, for prompt cash we will allow thirty days interest, at the rate of 5% per annum.
  (4)条件: 即期发货。在货到我方工厂, 经过验讫重量品质后,立即以现金支付。
  terms: early delivery, and net cash payment after receipt of the material at our works, and verification of weight and quality.
  (5)现金支付折扣,仅限于在10日内以现金付清货款者可打折扣。
  cash discounts are allowed only on accounts that are paid within the ten-day limit.
  (6)你将发现,我公司对贵方的报价所给予的优惠是前所未有的。

我是这样突破口语关的

常常和朋友谈起英语的学习,多数人都说很难,的确学门外语不易,但也不是想象的那么难。
   我的一个朋友本是个初中毕业的小女孩,16岁去了北京,在一所大学里打零工。看到别的老师和外教侃侃

而谈,非常羡慕,就暗下决心,下班后天天自学,也向别人去请教,3年过去了,英语水平有了很大的提

高。后来就当幼儿教师,以后再教小学、中学、大学,成绩还相当好,有时还教老外学汉语。她的口

语特别好,一口流利的美式英语,清纯准确。试想一个初中生能达到这样的水平,真不简单。好多人即使大

学毕业,英语过了四、六级也不能和老外自由交流。

她的故事给了我好多学习的动力。在此 ,我也谈点体会和方法与英语爱好者共分享:

1、.听力是第一位的,试想在与老外谈话时,你都听不懂,如何作答呢?要端正学习英语的目的,学了就是为了会话实用,而不是为了考级考证。试想,即使你过了8级,还不会听说,又有什么用呢?这是我们中国学生学外语的最大误区,是我国外语教育的最大弊端,华而不实。

2、正如马克思所说,在学外语时,特别是会话忘了母语。在头脑里一定要用英语想,用英语说。而不是先用汉语想,再翻译为英语,那样速度太慢,永远也不能达到会话自如的地步。这是突破口语的关键所在。

3、给自己营造一个好的环境。现在网上的节目很多,图文并茂,语音纯正。我给大家推荐几个,如空中美语,大家说英语

这些节目是美国专业的教学机构在台湾开办的面向华人的教学节目,很专业的。都有几十年的历史了。通过学习细心体会每个词适用的语言环境,即在什么环境下,用什么样的词。还有要学会用英语解释英语,用简单的词解释复杂的词。要学会一句话可以用多种句子的表达。在会话中如果老外听不懂一种,可以用另外一种来代替。

4、巧学和苦学相结合。想学点有用的东西都要下点功夫,而没用的大都可以无师自通,如吸烟等,我是在大学毕业。

5、兴趣是最好的老师。孔老夫子说,学之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。
