据初步分析苏力主要是受工作困扰 导致产生很大压力悲观厌世

昨天早上6时许，一个爆炸性的消息开始迅速在韶关市主要干部之间传播开来：武江区委书记、区人大常委会主任苏力在其住所内自缢身亡。
自尽前夜还在饭堂就餐
武江区委某部门的一位负责人称：“区里面各个单位的运作是基本上没受到太大影响的，包括一些服务窗口也正常对外开放。”
在武江区委区府工作的公务员看来，苏力自缢事件发生似乎毫无任何征兆。
一名公务员说：“龙年初八，我们区委第一天上班，在舞狮拜年、升旗仪式之后，书记和区长还共同主持召开了有区领导及政府各职能部门一把手参加的座谈会。书记在会上要求干部们‘做官要先做事、先做人’。他还要求各级领导要切实提高攻坚克难的能力和本事。”
另一名公务员说，“前天苏力还如常地前来区委办公。平时他除非有应酬，否则都是在区委小饭堂就餐。前天晚上，我还看见他照旧前来饭堂吃晚饭。当时苏力看上去神情平静，根本没有任何异样。”他万万没有想到，这就是他与苏力见的最后一面，几个小时之后，苏力就踏上了不归路。
遗书提及工作压力大
据知情人士介绍，苏力家不在韶关，家人都还在顺德大良。前天晚上8时20分左右，苏力的司机送其回到了其住所后离去。凌晨1时许，苏力的妻子从顺德致电其在韶关的司机称，苏力的电话一直打不通，希望司机去查看一下。司机立即赶到其房间后发现，苏力身穿睡衣，用睡袍上的系带在阳台处自缢。
据了解，当天凌晨4时许，韶关市委就紧急召开了常委会研究事件善后处理工作。5时许，苏力的妻子从顺德赶到了韶关。苏力自缢前留下了2封遗书，一封给韶关市委主要领导，另一封是写给其妻子，但有关部门并未透露遗书的具体内容。有知情人士透露，苏力在其遗书中有提到工作压力过大等内容。
上午11时许，苏力家人提出将遗体运回顺德处理。当天下午，韶关市委派出了一名由武江区委副书记带领的工作小组，配合其家人将苏力遗体运回顺德。
苏力自杀身亡的消息也在他曾长期任职的佛山市顺德区引起震动。“今早我们部门开会还提起过他，没想到开完会就听到噩耗了。”在顺德大良街道办事处文宣系统工作的一位公务员坦言，自己很震惊。
韶关市委昨天20时许向媒体公布：2月17日凌晨，韶关市武江区委书记、区人大常委会主任苏力被发现在其住宅内自缢身亡。
接报后，韶关市警方立即赶赴现场处理。经现场勘察发现，苏力用睡袍的带子在其住宅阳台自缢，身体未发现外力暴力侵害伤，住宅没有发现异常，留有遗书，判断苏力为自杀。
事件发生后，韶关市委、市政府和武江区高度重视，市主要领导立即赶赴现场了解情况，组织开展调查工作，并看望慰问家属。有关善后工作正有序展开。
据组织部门介绍，苏力同志1966年11月出生，2008年7月任韶关市武江区委书记、区人大常委会主任。任职以来，他勤勉敬业、作风深入，在干部群众中口碑良好。据初步分析，苏力主要是受工作上一些困扰，导致思想上产生很大压力，出现悲观厌世情绪，并且没有很好化解而最终选择自杀。
