响水地区全是火化区，民政局此前并不知有专门负责掩埋尸体的人，倘若发现有类似行为或有民众举报，将严格执行相关规定，强制起尸火化

昨日上午，江苏省盐城市响水县人民政府召开新闻发布会，通报了“响水裕廊大桥下挖出4具孩童遗体”事件的调查进展。

响水县公安局刑警大队队长时宽义介绍说，受害儿童孙吉儿的尸检结果已出，系腹部受击致死，犯罪嫌疑人孙海浪已被抓获归案，并交代了犯罪过程。另外3具“意外”发现的婴儿遗体目前已被冷冻保存，其身份认证还在进行中。

掩埋者为同一人

早报记者昨日赶到现场，这里地处通榆河边，裕廊大桥东侧。附近居民史大爷为记者指认了挖到婴孩遗体的四处位置，“3个婴儿遗体先被挖了出来，被谋害的小女孩是最后发现的。”有群众告诉记者，埋尸的人姓贾，就住在附近，“脑子有点不好使”。

响水县公安局刑警大队队长时宽义介绍说，负责掩埋孩童尸体的人叫贾健峰，响水县灌河居委会人，无正当职业，这四具孩童遗体都是一个叫李祥的人给他掩埋的，“我们初步调查，李祥，1973年出生，在县人民医院帮死者穿衣服，我们目前为止没有掌握他在这个过程中涉嫌违法。”

响水县人民医院副院长王小平表示，李祥并不是医院的工作人员，他来医院完全是死者家属自己请来的，医院并不知情，也没法管：“我们不晓得有人在医院长期从事这些活动，这些人和医院是没有任何关系的，不存在说是医院的职工问题，也不存在临时工的问题。我理解，这是死者家属从社会上找的人，叫医院怎么来管理呢?”

早报记者从发布会上获悉，目前，受害儿童孙吉儿的尸检结果已出，系遭人殴打、腹部受伤送医院后抢救无效死亡。涉案犯罪嫌疑人孙海浪已被抓获归案，在挖掘过程中另外挖出的3具婴幼儿遗体，目前尸检、身份认证都在进行中：“已经对3具一起挖掘出来的婴儿遗体进行冷冻保存，然后对遗体的来源进行了初步的调查。”

当地风俗所致？

对于意外出现的3具婴孩遗体，响水县政府表示，“婴尸不火化、不正式埋葬”是当地的一种风俗。

早报记者采访了多位周边居民，几位年迈的老者听到记者的问题，点头表示的确有这个说法，“不满一岁的小孩一般就这样”。

不过，两位住在通榆河边的居民贾先生和史大爷则表示，自己并不知道这个习俗，在他们看来，夭折的婴孩被埋在这里，“恐怕还是图省钱、省事。”

在离埋尸地点仅几百米远，就是响水县人民医院所在，“那些人晚上偷偷把尸体拉到这里埋掉，估计还是图方便，毕竟医院边上是居民区，只有这里适合。”

响水县民政局副局长李德红表示，根据相关政策，响水地区全是火化区，民政局此前并不知道有专门负责掩埋尸体的人，倘若发现有类似行为或有民众举报，将严格执行相关规定，强制起尸火化。
