　　Welcome to Beijing! I’d like to introduce you to the Beijing National Stadium, also known as the Bird Nest. The stadium is located in Beijing Olympic Park, covering 258,000 square meters. It is 330 meters long, 220 meters wide and 69.2 meters tall. The construction began on December 24, 2003, and was completed at the end of 2007. The splendid Opening and Closing ceremonies are to take place in the Bird Nest, which will hold the main track and field events as well as football matches during the games. 　　The importance of health can not be overemphasized. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing.

　　How can we keep healthy? I have numerous ways to put forward. Firstly, it is rather significant for us to take more fruits and vegetables on account of their abundant vitamins, and a balanced diet also contributes to our good health. Only by doing so, can we avoid food with too much sugar and fat. Apart from these, we'd better exercise regularly to build up our body. According to a survey, people who do sports frequently suffer less from diseases. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.

　　In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will live a healthy life.
