Vijat Mohindra/VIJPhoto.comMiley Cyrus certainly isn't doing anything to dispel her growing party girl reputation -- in fact, a series of photos posted on TMZ.com may kick it into high gear.  The pix, taken last weekend at boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's birthday party at L.A.'s Club Icon, shows Miley apparently simulating a sex act on a chocolate cake that's shaped like an enormous penis.  Other photos show 19-year-old Miley dancing and drinking, though there's no way to tell if the king-sized beverage she's nursing is alcoholic.

This past November, another birthday cake caused trouble for Miley -- her own.  A video of her appeared online joking about the cake, saying, "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake.  You know you smoke way too much f***ing weed."  Her rep later claimed the comment was a joke, as did Miley's friend Kelly Osbourne, who was at the party.
