马林（Marlin）：小丑鱼尼莫的父亲。在经历了一次鲨鱼的袭击之后，对唯一的儿子尼莫宠爱有加。在尼莫被捉去悉尼之后，马林没有放弃对尼莫的寻找，演绎了感人的“寻儿记”。
多莉（Dory）：患有短暂失忆症的蓝色小鱼。热心的多莉一路帮助马林寻找尼莫，虽然有时因为她的失忆闹出了一些笑话，耽误马林的事情，但是，如果没有多莉的相随，路途亦不会变得妙趣横生。
