中广网北京1月15日消息 据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，昨晚7点10分，中国商船“盛泰11号”在湄公河金三角水域遭到了袭击，联合巡逻执法船成功的实施了救援，下面我们连线随行采访的中央台记者王亮了解具体情况。

主持人：给我们介绍一下这次救援的情况。

记者：我现在还是在这个联合巡逻执法船上，航行在湄公河的金三角水域。昨天我们经过一天的航行，到达了位于老挝、缅甸、泰国三国交界的金三角水域靠近老挝一方的金木棉码头，准备在那个地方锚泊修整。

昨天晚上8点多，我们接到了中国商船“盛泰11号”的紧急求救，他说从昨天晚上7点10分在湄公河国际航道孟西岛上游老挝会龙河口下游2里处的湄公河水域，遭到了从老挝方向一侧的枪击。接到报警之后，中老双方紧急联合处置，启动了处置突发情况的紧急预案。

当时兵分两路，由老挝方向紧急电话联系被袭击船事发地点的老挝方军营，派出警力从陆路赶赴事发现场进行搜寻，并且展开救助。同时老挝巡逻执法船艇的战斗队员应中方要求也登上了中方的执法船只，和中方的战斗队员一起紧急的开往事发地点，来联合处置这次突发突发事件。接到任务之后，所有的队员全副武装，带上防爆头盔，穿上防弹救生衣，携带轻武器，照明弹等紧急应制的装备，记者也是躲在甲板两侧的掩体后面。

这个水域船只遇袭事件频频发生，而且枪支走私、武装贩毒案件也是频发，而且昨天是夜航，更加增加了这次救援的难度，而且危险系数也比较大。今天凌晨我们到达了出事水域，登上了“盛泰11号”船实地看了被袭的现场。记者看到船上的玻璃被子弹打出弹孔，穿过玻璃又穿过了船上的一侧墙板，又穿透了木门。

船长说，事发的时候这个船上一共有5人，所幸这5人都没有伤亡。他在驾驶的过程当中看到从岸边射向他们的子弹，因为是晚上，子弹吐着火舌朝他们飞来。因为这个时候他把油门先是松掉了，船是在江面上漂流，由于这样对保护自己不利，他们冒着危险把油门拉到底，快速往上游开了2公里，停靠到了一个相对比较安全的地方。

据了解，这个船只上拉的是木材，是从泰国清盛港返回云南西双版纳关累港。
