中新网9月27日电据外电报道，对于007电影中的詹姆斯-邦德来说，间谍工作无非是无休止的美女和马提尼酒。但是对于一名现实世界中在朝鲜执行秘密任务的韩国突击队员来说，这项工作无疑艰巨得多。

现年59岁的尹庆哲是三个女孩的父亲，他现在在首尔以修理自行车为业。而在1973年21岁的他与现在的身份却相去甚远。那时的尹庆哲被命令潜入朝鲜，尽管朝韩双方在1953年签署了停战协定，但是当时两国间的小规模敌对活动依然时有发生。

尹庆哲回忆当时被韩国情报部门招募的情形时说，“当时是凌晨4点，有三个黑衣人来到我家。我还没来得及跟家人道别就被带走了。”

很显然，这并非官方的征兵程序。尹庆哲被带到了一座荒山上，既没有身份也没有军衔。他表示，他们的队伍中有许多人都是冲着3000万韩元(合今天的2.5万美元)的赏金而参加这项任务的。

尹庆哲和他的队友们在艰苦的环境下接受了包括爆破、远途急行军、射击和飞刀在内的多种训练。如果表现不尽如人意就会挨打。他说，“我们身着朝鲜军服进行了半年的训练。许多人在训练中死去了，还有很多人受伤。我们无法离去，也不知道何时能被释放。”

至上世纪90年代末，有1.3万韩国人接受了与尹庆哲一样的训练；到70年代初为止，有超过7000人进入朝鲜执行秘密任务。这些人均被政府列入了死亡或失踪的名单。据估计，有数百名特工目前依然在朝鲜境内。

2002年，数百名前韩国军队特工为争取权益在首尔举行抗议活动，并最终赢得了政府对他们的补偿和对其工作的认可。尽管如此，仍然有许多人将这些退役军人视为黑帮和极端分子。

如今，这些退役特工们依然在参加着各种抗议活动。而社会上对他们的敌视情绪促使像尹庆哲这样的人开了一家免费的自行车修理店，他将修好的自行车捐赠给学校和幼儿园。希望以此来改善人们对他们的认识。

尹庆哲说，“我们时常告诫自己，不需要再使用武力。我需要摆脱黑暗的过去，向世人，特别是向我的女儿展示好的一面。”他表示，自己明年的目标是捐赠600辆自行车。
