中共中央政治局召开会议 研究部署党风廉政建设和反腐败工作

新华网北京12月30日电 中共中央政治局12月30日召开会议，听取中央纪律检查委员会2011年工作汇报，分析当前党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势，研究部署2012年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作。中共中央总书记胡锦涛主持会议。

会议指出，今年以来，在党中央、国务院坚强领导下，各级党委、政府和纪检监察机关认真贯彻落实中央关于反腐倡廉建设的一系列重要部署，既扎实抓好党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争各项长期性、基础性工作，又着力解决反腐倡廉建设中人民群众反映强烈的突出问题，加强对中央重大决策部署落实情况的监督检查，进一步落实《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008－2012年工作规划》，深入开展党的作风建设，坚决查办违纪违法案件，加大纠风工作力度，扎实推进专项治理，加强领导干部廉洁自律和监督工作，深化反腐倡廉改革创新和制度建设，党风廉政建设和反腐败工作取得新进展新成效，为全面做好党和国家各方面工作发挥了重要保障和促进作用。

会议强调，在看到反腐倡廉工作取得新的进展和成效的同时，必须清醒地看到，当前党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争面临不少新情况新问题，形势依然严峻、任务依然艰巨。全党同志要科学认识和准确把握当前反腐败斗争形势，深刻认识我们党反对腐败的坚强意志和坚定决心，充分肯定党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争取得的明显成效，进一步坚定反腐败斗争必胜的信心，努力提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平，不断把党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争引向深入。

会议指出，2012年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作总的要求是，全面贯彻党的十七大和十七届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神，高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针，严明党的纪律，加强党的作风建设，推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设，着力解决反腐倡廉建设中人民群众反映强烈的突出问题，突出工作重点，狠抓任务落实，以党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的新成效迎接党的十八大胜利召开。

会议强调，要引导和督促广大党员干部严格遵守党的政治纪律，自觉同以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在思想上政治上行动上保持高度一致，坚决维护党的团结统一；严格执行组织人事工作纪律，加强对干部选拔任用全过程的监督，营造风清气正的换届环境；加强对中央重大决策部署落实情况的监督检查，确保中央政令畅通。要针对换届后领导班子和干部队伍新情况，加强教育，完善制度，强化监督，促使各级领导干部加强党性修养，弘扬良好作风，进一步密切党群干群关系。要加强惩治和预防腐败体系建设，继续加大查办案件工作力度，加强反腐倡廉教育和宣传，强化对领导干部的监督，深入推进改革创新和制度建设。要继续深化工程建设领域突出问题、庆典研讨会论坛过多过滥问题和公务用车问题专项治理，深入治理党员领导干部在廉洁自律方面存在的突出问题，着力解决发生在群众身边的腐败问题。要进一步加强纪检监察机关自身建设，为深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作提供坚强组织保证。

会议同意明年1月召开第十七届中央纪律检查委员会第七次全体会议。

会议还研究了其他事项。
