环球网12月23日消息，台湾“中选会”主办的第13任台湾地区领导人选举第一场“总统”候选人电视政见发表会于23日晚间8时举行。马英九、蔡英文及宋楚瑜三位候选人轮番发表政见，距离选举还有不到一个月的时间，蔡英文再出“台独”言论，并称马英九连任两岸面临“终极统一”。

马英九：国民党执政捍卫“台湾尊严” 蔡英文让人不放心

据香港“中评社”报道，马英九在政见会上强调，他执政民众能安心过日子，但对手蔡英文任政府职务时，诈骗金额最高、治安最坏，这如何能保障民众安全。

马英九说，几个月前在台南某大学演讲有同学害羞地说，“马英九，我支持你”，理由是他让人感到安心。他听了有感动也有警惕，“让民众安心过日子，这是基本的责任”。

台湾海峡情势和缓，民众生活步调正常。但海峡和平不是天上掉下来。扁政府一度采取对立与冲突，“我们在两岸关系上，采取适当政策，推动两岸和平与合作，而民进党则是造成两岸紧张与对立”。

马英九说，“台美”高层互信，这才是真正捍卫“台湾安全与尊严”。美国日前宣布将台湾纳入免签证“候选国”，预计明年下半年可取得，这再次证明台湾民众有实力维护尊严。

蔡英文再提“台独”论 称马英九连任可能面临“终极统一”

据台湾“今日新闻网”报道，民进党总统候选人蔡英文首先登台，她在第一轮政见发表一开始就说出“台湾就是中华民国，中华民国就是台湾”的“台独言论”，并称如果马英九连任，两岸就可能面临“终极统一”。

蔡英文批评国民党候选人马英九牺牲“主权”参与国际组织，签订ECFA也没能改善经济。自称，多元、尊重、包容就是“台湾共识”，而非“一党一人”决策。

蔡英文表示，“台湾共识”不能是少数决策，不能以党意取代民意，重大的决策要倾听民众的声音，不能“一党一人”决策。蔡英文说，她一上任会成立“安定经济对策小组”与“两岸对话工作小组”，透过不同的渠道，为两岸协商铺路。将持续推动两岸交流，不会出现停滞和倒退。

针对蔡英文的“台湾就是中华民国，中华民国就是台湾”言论。马英九再次强调，“我们是不统、不独、不武”。宋楚瑜则说，民进党还认为两岸关系是零和关系，但全世界都在变，大家都需要整合，他认为“九二共识”是个默契，是两岸相互尊重的前提下，把过去冲突化成和平发展。

宋楚瑜：台湾最大的诈骗集团就是“政党”

亲民党候选人宋楚瑜在政见会上表示，九二共识是个默契，让两岸在相互尊重前提下，把过去的冲突化为和平发展的互补关系。并称，台湾最大的诈骗集团的就是“政党”。

宋楚瑜提出3个参选的理由：重整政府、重建信任、重建信心。他表示，未来当选后，要去掉政府官员本位主义，将“中央”与地方关系料理好。他也要重建社会信任，并呼吁马英九发放1万元（新台币，下同）让11万低收入户过年。同时，找回民众对政治、经济、司法的信心。

宋楚瑜说，两位（指马英九与蔡英文）从头骂来骂去，不但在这边骂，还花几百万元登广告骂，台湾民众期盼谁来好好解决问题，而不是辩论谁是清的谁是白的。现在作民调，台湾最大的诈骗集团的就是“政党”，2000年民众厌恶国民党黑金，所以让陈水扁当选，但他执政后贪腐比任何人都厉害，所以现在还关在牢里。
