　　昨天发布的《2011中国私募股权投资人白皮书》显示，中国私募股权投资人群平均可投资资产超过三千万人民币。私募股权投资人的基本特征是：主要在华东地区，占总量的76%；男性客户占66%，年龄主要集中在31-40岁，占52%；30%的私募股权投资人年收入超过1000万。

　　报告发现，外资LP以机构投资人为主，是中国私募股权资金的主要来源，可投资资本量方面，2011年前三季度外资LP的投资总量为5508.44亿美元，是本土LP的5倍。本土LP依然以个人投资者为主，同时，这些高净值人士的投资意愿趋于谨慎。
