 The product inspection of  GF  failed again today .It was because 1st that the tag was  folded and left mark on it ,2nd the strap color was darker than PPS.I was annoyed at this thing.Why the tag was folded ? we made this item long timeWhy the strap was darker? the QC in my CO didnot discuss with me before the mass production at allI shouted at the QC and we quarrelled over it.The QC shouted at me and said he didnot do anything wrong ,and I should talked with my client with the problem.What he said ?I will and should discuss with my client if we did it well.However,I canot ,it is my factory's mistake.I must lose my face and my client will think that I am not professional.I was very angry while I heard  that and didnot calm downI threw the inspection report to the QC and said what you could do ?The QC said he was better  and did more than me.Then I said something bad of him which would make him leave the CO if my boss knew that .Then he didnot say anything,But I canot control myself ,my tears came down.I called my client and told them what happened of the inspection after a while.I knew that the client would call my boss and asked him to resolve it.It was in my inspection,my boss asked me for the inspection .I told him what happened.The boss was angry and said asked all the QC ,production manager to come to my office.I shouldnot quarrel with the QC before, why I didnot control myself ?The result was the same that my boss would punished them if I didnot shout at him.I was sad and the result was the sameSo it is very important to control myself....which can make me work well with my colleaguesPlease please please control all the bad mood after today...
