随着电信市场的日益开放,被管理的各种网元与电信业务相关的管理信息以及完成TMN功能的管理实体,在逻辑和物理上都呈分布状态,且处于动态变化之中,造成网络管理的难度增大。目前,CORBA已经是一项比较成熟的分布式面向对象技术,可以解决实现TMN技术遇到的不足。 本文首先分析了TMN原理和CORBA技术理论,提出了基于两种技术相结合的统一网管平台。其次,总体设计了基于统一网管平台的CORBA子系统体系结构、系统处理流程及系统可靠性处理方法。最后,详细阐述了基于CORBA技术的性能管理系统的设计思想、设计方案及其实现的关键技术——数据采集。本文在前后台、上下级之间的数据采集流程的设计与实现过程中,改进了现有的数据压缩算法和数据缓存算法,不仅极大程度地降低了数据量、提高了数据的传输速度,而且保证了数据的完整性。 实践证明,本系统具有良好的稳定性、可靠性、易开发性和易维护性等特点。智能决策支持是网管性能管理的最终发展方向,本文今后将对智能决策支持系统做进一步研究。
With the opening of the telecommunication market, the relationship of network elements, telecommunication related management information, and TMN management entities is distributed logically and physically, and changes dynamically. This trait decides the telecommunication network is difficult to be managed. However, we can solve this problem with CORBA. In this paper, I first introduce the principle of TMN and the theory of CORBA, and give a schema of a uniform network element platform based on them. Then, I provide the design of the system structure, processing flow, and system reliability of the CORBA subsystem in the uniform network element platform. In the end, I describe the design philosophy and the schema of the CORBA-based performance management subsystem, and the key technology used--data collecting. In this paper, we use improved date compressing algorithm and data caching algorithm in exchanging data between front-side program and back-side program, and the upper level and lower level. These algorithms greatly reduce the size of data, improve the speed of data transport, and promise data integrity. It has been proved that this system has good stability, reliability, and is easy to be developed and maintained. In the future, the network performance management is going towards intelligence decision. I will do some search in that area in the future.
