路易斯岛 卡拉尼什
取材自有30亿年历史的岩石，卡拉尼什巨石环可能是在大金字塔完成前就已竖立好。人类从 5000年前就已经在这里定居，务农、渔猎及营建。外围的巨石大约3.5公尺高，中央的巨石则约4.5公尺高。这个直径13公尺的圆环跟远在南方的史前巨石柱群类似，都是方圆数公里内均看得到的重要仪式中心。
