While I was in 9 th grade, I built a circuit (电路装置) for the traffic system of our city. After getting the first prize. I got this valuable advice from my father; “Do whatever interests you, and don’t let the work challenge you, make sure you are challenging that work.”
I have always preferred the projects which are challenging and related to real life problems. I clearly remember building a shipping program several years ago. I divided the whole project into several small sections. When I understood it clearly, used my brainstorming skill on it, and gave some basic ideas. Then I asked my professor for help before jumping into coding (编码). If you know exactly what you want, the best way to get a job is to get specialized training. A recent report shows that companies like graduates in such fields as business and health care who can go to work immediately with very little on-the-job training.
That’s especially true of booming fields that are challenging for workers. At Cornell's School of Hotel Administration, for example, bachelor's degree graduates get an average of four or five job offers with salaries ranging from the high teens to the low 20s and plenty of chances for rapid advancement. 二、One possible version:
As can he seen in the picture, there is a small spot on the table while a man is looking at it with a magnifier. Through the magnifier, the spot seems bigger and clearer.
The picture has a reflection in our daily life. The spot is just like a person’s strongpoint or weak point. If we enlarge one’s strongpoint, we may recognize it and can find something worth learning from the person. On the contrary, if his weak point is always focused on, he will feel discouraged, which prevents him from making progress.  In my opinion, we should make it clear where it magnifier is used and what can be enlarged.

W : But it’s supposed to be his work as much as yours. I suggest you talk to him. And let him know that he should share the work.

M : Would you please tell me about your beat holiday, Nancy?
W : Well, it was my trip in Nepal. We went there 10 years ago, doing some walking in the mountains.
M : How long did you stay there?
W : 20 days.
M : 20 days! That’s a long time. How far did you walk every day?
W : Perhaps 15 kilometers. You have to climb up and down a lot every day.
M : So, it was very hard.
W : Yes, very hard. Sometimes, it’s difficult to walk in the mountains where the air is very thin, and you have a lot of problems when breathing.
M : What kind of equipment did you take?
W : Not much. Only a bag, a sleeping bag and some warm clothing. We carried all the things by ourselves.
M : And how was the food?
W : There was rice and some vegetables, normally no meant. But it was good.
M : What was the best thing about the trip?
W : The walking and the exercise. I hate sitting in the sun and like to be out in the countryside. The sir is very clean and it’s very quiet. Nepal is a good place. You must go!
