2 粗锯末（电刨花）与炉渣（河沙）配合使用，比例为8：2。

君子兰是最喜肥花卉，常用肥主要有以下几种：
麻籽，葵花子等油料作物种子经炒熟或煮熟埋于花盆底部或花盆上部周边处，表面埋基质两厘米左右。不要使肥料直接接触，以免发酵时烧根。如已经发酵好了的肥料可拌在基质里混合使用。 芝麻，大豆，淡水鱼，烂水果用水沤制发酵用作追肥。施用时用水稀释。水，肥比在10倍以上，以勤施，淡施为好。气温高于三十度或低于十度时，则停止施肥。新栽种的君子兰则要在一个月后施液态肥为宜。
浇水量的大小和间隔时间，根据基质，花盆的透气性不同以及空气的温度和湿度不同而灵活掌握。气温低，湿度大，花盆和基质透气性小的情况下，则十天左右浇透一次水为宜。反之，则五天左右为宜。在气温高时，二年生以下小苗于早晚淋浮水。
君子兰不喜强光，且光照时间要求不长，每年只有十一月到二月可以不遮光.三月到五月需用30%遮光网遮光。六月到八月需用70%遮光网遮光。九月到十月需用30%遮光网遮光。由于温室的新旧不同，玻璃透光性不同需要根据情况灵活掌握。家庭居室或阳台内可依照上述原则酌情处理。
理想的生长温度在15度到25度之间，一般在10度到30度之间可正常生长。0度到10度之间生长缓慢。30度以上则进入休眠状态。而且30度以上再加上湿度较大的情况下，各种菌类会大量繁殖引起君子兰病害。冬季保暖要求最低温度在10度即可。夏季降温则要求在30度以下为好。夏季降温除了利用密度较高的遮光网之外，还要加强室内通风，早晚淋浮水。
需要透气性好的花盆，所以目前多数采用黄泥烧制的花盆。盆壁越薄越好。如果选用栽培的基质透水，透气性极佳，如粗锯末，电刨花，稻壳与炉渣及河沙配制，则可选用造型美观的瓷盆和紫砂盆。大量养殖则以泥盆为主。
无性繁殖就是在多年母株的根茎上生长出芽子。等到芽子底部生出几条根之后便可分株。用手掰下即可。然后栽种于粗锯末，电刨花，松针和河沙中。一个月左右即可生出新根。分株时的伤口可用甲基拖布津药粉涂抹，晾干后栽种。芽子的性状基本与母株相同。产生异变的可能性很小。
君子兰长到两年后，从根部四周长出一棵棵小苗，当叶片长至10至15厘米后，可从母株上用快刀连根切下。如果切不掉根，可在切口处涂抹维生素B12药液或草木灰，然后，用消过毒的细河沙栽在盆内。盆口用透明白色塑料袋套住，盆土保持湿度在90％，温度在15-25℃，放在半荫处，20至30天即可生根。生根后的管理与常规苗相同。 促使母株多分株：有些优良品种分株少，一般一年分1至10株。为了使母株多分株，可在母株主侧根部用刀剥破一半或用大头针插在根中间，刺激其再生力，并经常往心叶上浇水，抑制它的生长。这样，一棵好君子兰品种，一年可繁殖3至5棵，个别的能分出7至10棵。 分株时间：一年四季均可，但以2至5月、9至10月最为适宜，主要根据子株的大小而定。子株太小，分株后生长慢；子株太大，影响母株生长。 母株的管理：分株后要在母株的伤口处涂上草木灰，在一个月内适当控制水分，增施肥料，使其生长健壮。
病虫害及防治
红癍病主要由真菌，霉菌或病毒引起。主要症状表现为叶片表面和背面出现黄色或红色的小圆点，并逐渐扩大。初发病时，甲基拖布津或百菌清粉剂加500倍左右水制成溶液喷洒叶面。严重时则用此药液灌根。 软腐病主要由细菌浸染引起，症状表现为初发病时叶片基部产生黑褐色水渍状病癍。且很快扩展到整个叶片。严重时则造成心部叶片腐烂而导致整个君子兰“抹头”。初发病时用甲基拖布津，熟石灰粉末涂洒于发病叶片两侧叶腋中。并用卫生纸将此叶片与相邻叶片隔开。病重时则将全部叶片清除。保住心部叶片不受感染。伤口晾干并撒上甲基拖布津粉末，并用农用链霉素或甲基拖布津加500倍水制成药液灌根。如果根部有问题则需换盆并更换新基质重栽。烂根病主要由施肥过量及各种菌类浸染造成。轻者用百菌清灌根。重者将烂根清除晾干后换盆并更换新基质重栽。如果根全部烂掉，只要根茎没有全部腐烂，则将根茎患病处用刀刮净，涂上多菌灵晾干后栽种于沙砾或者松针中，一个月左右便可发出新芽。
君子兰的病害多数由于温度高，湿度大，各种菌类大量繁殖，加之虫害及人为或机械损伤。所以，给君子兰营造一个温度不超过30度，湿度在70%以下通风的环境中是防治的有效办法。另外，每年四月份高温天气到来之前，用农用链霉素，特效杀菌王及杜邦万灵（杀虫剂）加800倍水制成药液对君子兰整株进行全面喷洒，每10天喷一次，喷三次为宜。这样可起到预防的作用。
一年生小苗的管理通常有6片叶左右，这时，莳养管理的特点是，将多株合养的幼苗进行分盆莳养，小苗的温度要在20℃左右为宜，要注意采光通风。夏天气温高小苗栽种的盆较小，易干透。所以小苗在特别严热的时候要早晚各浇一遍水，才能保持盆土的湿度。小苗分盆后即可以施肥，施肥的浓度要低，一般每半月施用一次。
二年生中兰的管理君子兰苗期到满两年即为二年生中兰期。这时达到13片叶左右，株形稳定各项指标已定性。 这时的管理是君子兰莳养的主要时期，它对土壤、水分、温度、光照、肥料等方面的要求更高。二年生在春、秋两季需各换一次营养土，并更换大些的花盆。换土时，要先在盆中填入1/5厚的营养土，将植株用手握住根系将土壤充实根系芯部，不要让土掉出来，放到盆内。四周填满土压实。植株位置安摆在正中位置，即不要把根茎露出也不要埋得过深。正确位置土埋在根茎与假鳞茎中间。
成令兰的管理君子兰经过两年以上的生长期，即进入到生殖生长阶段，可以开花结果了，即为成令兰。 君子兰进入生殖生长期后，需要大量的营养供应。它不但要生长发育，而且还要上箭，开花，结果。如营养不良，则植株衰弱，开花少花期延迟，坐果少。为使成令期的君子兰茁壮生长，必须加强各项管理，特别要重视肥料的供给，要定期施钾肥，并增加磷、钾肥施用量。以保证植株按期开花，花大色艳，坐果率高。 成令兰在抽箭时，要保持适宜的温度和温差及足够的水份，防止夹箭现象的发生。
开花期的管理君子兰开花期多在冬季，这个时期要采取相应的措施以保证其正常开花，授粉、坐果，这是一个非常重要的时期。
文竹栽培方法及养护技巧
繁殖方法
文竹可用播种和分株繁殖。种子白12月至翌年4月陆续成 熟，成熟浆果为紫红色。当果实变色时及时采收种子，并将种皮 除去、种子晒干，然后播于河沙和腐叶土等量混合的基质上，覆 上土(不宜太厚)，浇透水，保持湿润。在温度20-30℃时一个月左右即可发芽。当苗高5厘米以上时即可移栽入小盆。-般3-5 年生的植株生长较茂密，可进行分株繁殖。分株一般在春季进行， 用利刀顺势将丛生的茎和根分成2-3丛，使每丛含有3-5枝芽， 然后分别种植上盆。分株时尽量少伤根系，分株后注意保湿和遮 阴。
文竹造型
1、播种繁殖 文竹的浆果于冬季陆续成熟。当浆果变成紫黑色时，即可采收。浆果采收后，搓去外果皮取出种子。漂洗干净后即可播种。如室温低于15C，则应等到春暖后再行播种，其间应沙藏、播种，以室内盆播为主，一般点播于浅盆，粒距二厘米，覆土不宜过深，浸水后用玻璃或薄膜盖上，以减少水分蒸发，保持盆土湿润，放置于阳光充足处。播种后温度保持20C左右，25～30天即可发芽，在15C～18C时则需30～40天才能发芽，幼苗长到3厘米～4厘米高时，便可分苗移栽。
2、分株繁殖 在春季换盆时进行，将根扒开，不要伤根太多，根据植株大小，选盆栽植或地栽。分栽后浇透水，放到半阴处或行遮阳。以后浇水要适当控制，否则容易引起黄叶。
整形方法
文竹造型
随着生活水平的日益提高，人们对居住环境的品味也越来越高，由于文竹叶形秀丽，雅丽脱俗，常以盆栽置于书架、案头、茶几上，美化居室。但由于它生长迅速，小巧秀丽的外形往往不能持久，因此必须加以整形。现将整形方法介绍如下：
1、盆控法：花盆与植株的大小比例应为1：3，这样可限制根系的生长，保持株型大小不变。
2、摘去生长点：在新生芽长到2--3厘米时，摘去生长点，可促进茎上再生分枝和叶片，并能控制其不长蔓，使枝叶平出，株形不断丰满。
3、利用文竹的趋光性：适时转动花盆的方向，可以修正枝叶生长形状，保持株型不变。
4、物遮法：即用硬纸片压住枝叶或遮住阳光，使枝叶在生长时，碰到物体遮挡便茎转或弯曲生长，从而达到造型的目的。

5、几种造型法的综合运用：
(1)塔式：选2--3枝高而挺拔秀丽的茎干为主峰，摘去茎上各个生长点，定株高为30--35厘米。余下的枝干和新生的茎干不要高于主峰。对新生芽，可视其茎的粗细来决定是否摘去生长点。若其茎比主峰的茎粗，应摘去，若比主峰的细，则不必摘，任其生长。与此同时，还需利用物遮法和其本身的趋光性不断调整株形。
(2)双丛式：在盆中栽植一高一低两株文竹，高者30厘米左右，低者18厘米左右，生长期间再象塔式文竹那样造型即可。
(3)自然式：以文竹自然生长的株型为主，仍采用摘去生长点，物遮和利用其趋光性等基本方法，使枝叶舒展，给人以自然的美感。
需要注意的是，对文竹的整形必须与控制肥水结合进行。即在室温15--18℃时，每周浇一次透水，使盆土保持湿润(以手指可按下为宜)。不施肥或少施肥。

1、文竹喜温暖忌强光 养文竹冬季需创造15℃以上的生长环境，而夏季则应远离强光直射。
2、文竹喜湿润怕泡根 养文竹不宜频繁浇“涝汤水”，而宜经常给叶面喷水。一般夏季配合适宜浇水，每天叶面喷1～2次水；冬季在保持土壤湿润的情况下，每3～4天叶面喷一次水即可。
3、文竹喜肥 尤喜腐熟的有机肥科学的施肥方法是，春秋两季每周施一次薄肥，冬季15～20天施一次薄肥。
4、摆放文竹远离大理石类装饰材料 文竹对气体汞的吸收能力极强，但在吸收汞气体的同时，也会对自身造成严重伤害。因而，摆放文竹时，应远离大理石等释放汞气体的建筑装饰材料。
5、及时修剪 过密的枝条要及时修剪。滋生的孽根过多要及时疏除或分盆。同时还要注意捆绑、搭架，以保持疏密有致的造型。
