我国年轻人胃癌发病率30年翻一番(预防方法)

　　本报讯 “我国每年新发现40万胃癌患者，占世界发病人数的42%。其中江苏、山东、河南及福建等沿海地区都是高发地。新发胃癌患者呈现年轻化趋势，30岁以下年轻人的比例由上世纪70年代的1.7%蹿升至当前的3.3% ，翻了一番。”这是昨天中国抗癌协会在京召开的“关注胃癌治疗”专家媒体共识会上公布的最新消息。

　　中国抗癌协会胃癌专业委员会北京肿瘤医院沈琳教授介绍：胃癌的发病率随着年龄的增加而显著升高，发病的高峰年龄在50岁～80岁。但这并不意味着胃癌距离年轻人很遥远，从目前临床数据看，年轻人胃癌发病率增加迅速。近5年来，19岁至35岁青年人胃癌发病率比30年前翻了一番。在年轻胃癌患者中，女性发病率高于男性两倍，专家认为可能与此阶段女性激素水平变化有关，有的女患者同时还查出乳腺癌。年轻患者诊断弥散型胃癌较多，是比较凶险的一种，发现时多已经转移扩散。

　　是什么导致中青年罹患中晚期胃癌呢？沈琳教授认为，精神紧张可影响人的内分泌系统，导致免疫力下降。严重睡眠不足、饮食不规律、压力大是日益增多的白领胃癌患者的共同点。

　　此外，胃癌的发病与饮食结构改变、环境污染严重等多种因素有关，青年人工作压力大，生活不规律又多喜好熏烤、高盐、辛辣食物，嗜爱烟酒，这些因素都会破坏胃肠道的正常功能，严重损伤胃黏膜，导致胃炎、胃溃疡等疾病，增加了癌变几率。

　　在国内外从事多年胃癌外科治疗的北京肿瘤医院季加孚教授表示：“如果患者能在胃癌仅限于胃壁的粘膜层时检出，5年的生存率可达95％；但让人遗憾的是胃癌的早期诊断率还不到10% ，5年生存率仅为20%，而日本已达到68%。”胃癌早期症状隐匿，常与胃炎、消化性溃疡相似，专家们提醒，出现上腹部不适、心窝隐痛、食后饱胀感；食欲不振、消瘦、乏力；经常呕吐隔夜宿食和不含胆汁的胃液；大便呈黑色柏油样等症状应及早就医，不可延误。而那些胃癌的高危人群，如慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃息肉及恶性贫血、胃大部分切除术后和有胃癌家族史的人群，每两年要做一次胃镜检查，及早发现、及早治疗。（毕晓红）
