IMF称全球经济进入危险阶段 呼吁各国采取行动

　　国际货币基金组织(IM F)17日表示，当前全球经济已进入危险阶段，各国政策制定者应采取协调和果断行动，促进全球经济强劲、可持续、平衡增长。

　　国际货币基金组织当天公布的向二十国集团财政部长和中央银行行长会议提交的工作报告显示，主要发达经济体将在较长一段时期内面临经济低速增长的压力，随着一些国家公共部门和私营部门的资产负债表恶化，加上应对危机的政治行动仍存在不确定性，金融体系和实体经济之间的相互负反馈正在逐渐加强。

　　国际货币基金组织指出，全球经济2011年到2012年的增速将放缓至4%左右，目前全球经济增长面临严峻挑战，二十国集团内的发达经济体必须切实推进中期的财政整顿方案，欧元区的银行业应当通过协调有序的方式，使用各国公共部门和欧洲金融稳定工具等资源，注入资本金以应对危机。

　　国际货币基金组织表示，新兴经济体在短期内应当妥善应对发达经济体经济增速放缓和全球资本市场避险情绪增加所带来的溢出效应。
